2017 Dialogue Day

Join us for Dialogue Day, an opportunity for youth to discuss concerns and pose solutions to community problems with adult leaders. 

Dialogue Day will be on Friday, March 24th, from 8:30am - 2:00pm at Congregation Beth Shalom in Oak Park. This year, Kinetic Affect will deliver a special keynote address. 

High School students from Berkley and Oak Park Schools will be attending Dialogue Day. We are in need of adult community leaders to attend as well in order to engage with the students in a conversation around school and community improvement.

2017 "Laughter is My Drug" Comedy Night Fundraiser

Join TCC at this year's comedy fundraiser featuring Mike Green at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle on Sunday, March 12th.

Proceeds benefit the Tri-Community Coalition to support youth and community programming designed to prevent substance abuse and promote mental health and wellness. 

Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm.

Join TCC and our special guest presenter, Jessie Funk, at Congregation Beth Shalom to meet with students from other high schools and local school & community leaders to discuss issues that are important to you and find solutions together.


Dialogue Day is available to all 9th-12th graders at Berkley and Oak Park School Districts. To register as a student, please see Counselor Robin Weiss at Berkley High or Mrs. Jacquelyn Cunningham at Oak Park High.

Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Y.O.U. Youth Coalition, in partnership with the Tri-Community Coalition and Oak Park Public Safety, have planned a Prescription Drug Take-Back Day for Thursday, April 30th at Oak Park Public Safety. Please bring any unused or expired prescription medications to Oak Park Public Safety on Thursday for safe and environmentally-friendly disposal. Come out and support a Y.O.U. fundraiser from 3:30-5:30pm in front of Oak Park Public Safety. 

Clean out your medicine cabinet to help prevent prescription drug misuse and abuse!

Join Tri-Community Coalition for our annual Night Court! 


Night Court is an opportunity for parents and teens to learn about the laws and consequences of illegal use of marijuana, alcohol, prescription drugs, or other risky behavior.
Located at the 45th District Court in Oak Park, you will get the chance to experience a real court room trial and meet with local judges, lawyers, and law enforcement.
Registration starts at 6:45 PM and the presentation will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

2015 CADCA National Leadership Forum

Tri-Community Coalition's staff will be attending the 2015 CADCA National Leadership Forum and will be presenting "Prevention Starts with Y.O.U.: Young, Optimistic, and United Against Substance Abuse" at the Coalition Ideas Fair this coming February.

Our office will be closed Monday, February 2nd, through Friday, February 6th. Normal office hours will resume Monday, February 9th.
