2025 Honoree, Robi Mitra
Robi Mitra is a dedicated supporter of the Tri-Community Coalition’s mission to promote youth mental health, wellness, and substance use prevention. As a valued member of the TCC Golf Committee, Robi has played a key role in fundraising efforts that support impactful programming across our community. His passion for building healthier, more resilient youth is evident in his commitment to our cause.
Professionally, Robi joined the Sturbridge Capital team in November 2020 as a Managing Director, where he leads the firm’s fundraising and business development initiatives and serves on the investment committee. Before joining Sturbridge, he was Finance Director at Bollinger Motors, contributing to corporate strategy, partnerships, and capital raising. Robi previously served as Chairman and CEO of K&A Resource Group, a human capital solutions company focused on Industry 4.0. He began this venture by acquiring K&A Staffing from his father in 2016 and expanded it with the acquisition of LME Resource Group in 2017.
In his personal life, Robi enjoys spending time with his significant other, his three children, and their beloved (and very large) dog. He holds an MBA from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
